Supported Living

Supported Living is a unique service that's carried out in people’s own homes and out and about in the community, unlike our other services, we don’t have any premises to show you.

You can find out a bit more about what people who use our Supported Living service are getting up to by clicking on the video and stories below and we are more than happy to meet you to talk what we provide.

You would also be welcome to meet some of the people supported by us, who would love for you to visit them and hear about the service they get from their Persona team.

In September 2024 we launched St Mary's Place, in partnership with Bury Council and Inclusion Housing.

St Mary's supports 8 young adults aged 18-25 with autism to develop their independence. People can live at St Mary's for up to 2 years and after that we will provide them with a small amount of floating support in their new homes.
